Returns & Exchanges

Here at The Kid & Co we want your experience to be enjoyable and easy, if you find your selection not quite what you're looking for simply reach out to us within 7days of receiving your delivery. We are happy to offer a Return (Store Credit) or exchange if certain criteria is met,

  • All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be returned for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final
  • Dummies, bottles, swimwear, food items, underwear and sanitary items are a non refundable product and all sales are final. This is due to hygienic reasons unless faulty. 
  • You must contact us within 7days of delivery and Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Faulty items will be accepted as a return. In this case The kid & Co will cover any standard postage fees. The refund will be made within 7 days of product/s being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.
    Please note, faulty items can only be returned for a refund 7 days from delivery. 
  • All exchanges or change of mind returns MUST be returned in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached (if applicable). Any postage fees are the responsibility of the customer this includes postage to us and back to you.
  • Returns will be given a Store Credit no refunds issued 
    For any exchange or returns please send us an email at hello@thekidandco.com.au with your name, contact details and your order number, with a short explanation on the item/s you are wanting exchanged or refunded for.
